Las Vegas Performing Arts Study

Prominent Las Vegas area residents formed the Las Vegas Performing Arts Center Foundation to consider developing a world-class PAC for booming Las Vegas. JVSA was selected as principal consultant to study every aspect of project feasibility, resulting in an exceptionally comprehensive program recommendation, conceptual plan, and master plan uniquely suited to the Las Vegas community. John von Szeliski led many months of planning meetings with City officials, arts experts, and citizens, as part of reporting on market demand, programming needs and usage, recommended facilities design brief, site analysis and urban planning relationships; as well as operating and construction costs projections. Key facilities will include a 2400-seat Lyric Theatre, a Drama Theatre, and extensive support spaces for a major arts complex.
