OATS PARK ARTS CENTER, AFTER

A 350 seat "period style" theatre has been added to the original structure, which is also renovated to house a 2 story art gallery, studios, and lobby. The design by John von Szeliski is based on a very detailed feasibility and conceptual design study, carried out in full compliance with State Historic Preservation reviews, and U.S. Dept. of Interior Historic Preservation guidelines.
